It lets you know how it's going to affect your weight loss, what you might have to trade off to indulge, but go ahead and eat it. I am a sugar freak. When I was on the program, I found that I treated myself only to the
BEST chocolate or baked goods, instead of shoving any old sweet thing into my mouth...because why waste the points on something that wasn't really good?Lisa :-]https://www.blogger.com/profile/02237889098638895390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6403384531250069062.post-81803182945395760642009-06-14T08:06:15.360-07:002009-06-14T08:06:15.360-07:00Wow. So manythings to comment on. y step daughter , age 14, has a horror of gaining weight as Joe's other two children (by yet another wife...I know Iknow) are very over weight. I think her mother has pounded it into her head, "If you don't want to end up looking like XXX ......". She eats like a bird and I swear, only brownies and restaurnats. She loves to eat out and order then eat a smige of it. "I have a stomach ache" she says. I fear that she will indeed have problems in her furture. And she is a healthy kid, cheerleads for the national #3 High School in the country! Anyway, I love weightwatchers because they tell you can eat anything you want, in moderation and to always not feel like you are depriving yourself. You want that chocolate cake (lol..my fav fod and I never can spell it correctly) take a small slice and savor it. Halloween...my favorite was the home made pop corn balls. A thing of the very long ago past. I sorted my cady too and traded with my brothers.alphawomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12788721975727895601noreply@blogger.com
