I remember living in St. Louis in the early eighties when we had a massive spring snowstorm in late March early April, it snowed for days, thundering and lightning with the snow, almost two feet of snow piled up, the city shut down, a national emergency was declared, it was really something. Now I'm living in the desert and have to go up to the moutains to see the snow, which we will be doing this weekend. Aine
The storms completely missed us ... and I feel cheated. I remember on Easter the year I was married we woke to 7" of snow and then watched as the sun came out and the Spring temps warmed us.
